We hope that you are really happy with your purchase. But if you need to return something please read the following:

You have 14 days from receipt of your purchases in which to return part or all of your order for a refund or an exchange. This timescale is flexible during Christmas and Valentines day shopping times to allow for early shopping and you are given 21 days to return your unsuitable item.

Despatch Policy

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability however we do ensure that we ring you and also advise you of an expected delivery date you then have the choice to cancel the order if you so wish..  Estimated despatch dates can be found at the top of each product page.

 
We ask customers to be aware that deliveries may experience delays due to Custom Authorities and their control measures of important goods.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail with overseas deliveries being passed on to the relevant delivery service once outside of the UK.  Please be aware that we send all parcels Signed For whichever Royal Mail service is used so someone needs to be in to receive your parcel. If you are not in a card will be left for you asking you to pick up your parcel or have it redelivered. Remember you will need proof of address if you wish to collect from your Delivery Office. No parcel will be left at your address without a signature.

Please note: Not all delivery options may be available for certain products  i.e. Special Delivery Next Day Before 1.00pm or Special Delivery Saturday Before 1.00 pm so please remember to check the actual product page to avoid disappointment. We ensure that all despatch dates are in capital letters at the top of each product page. We also remind the customer at check out to check the product page for despatch times.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability you can however always check your items availability via the telephone talking to one of our team.  

Promotional Periods

During promotional or excessively busy periods, dispatch and delivery times may be extended due to exceptional levels of customer demand. However, most consignments will continue to be delivered within the normal time periods stated at the top of each product page.

Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel the order and return the goods for a refund you must email sales@honeybeelingerie.co.uk  with the details of the return, including the order number within 14 days following the date of delivery (the cooling off period). You must then post the garment/s back to us at the address on our website within 14 days of emailing us.

Return postage will be at the cost of the customer and will not be refunded.

  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, garments may only be returned if they have not been worn, washed and remain in the condition it was supplied and have all point of sale tickets attached and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will only be given where the garments have been returned
  • Please ensure that all corsets, slips, and waist cinchers are returned as received. Boned items should not be rolled or squashed as this will damage the garment and may mean the item is received back to us in an un-saleable condition.
  • Please ensure that briefs/thongs/shapewear are tried on over your own underwear.
  • When trying on bras please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with the item. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious that this advice has not been followed.
  • If returns are rejected, the garments will be destroyed and there will be no liability on the part of the company for refund of the cost of the goods or postage.
  • On the cancellation of an order, any sum paid by the consumer will be repaid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. The full price paid for the goods will be refunded and this includes the cost of delivery of the goods to the consumer
  • If you have received the goods before cancelling the order, you will be under a duty to return those goods to the supplier at your own cost and, in the meantime, to keep them and take reasonable care of them. This duty to take reasonable care ends if the consumer (at their own expense) sends the goods to the supplier. It is recommended that you retain proof of postage for all returned packages.
  • If you cancel the order before receiving the goods, and the carrier attempts to deliver the goods, you should not accept delivery from the carrier, and they will return the goods to us.

Exchanges

  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, garments may only be exchanged if they have not been worn, remain in the condition that they were supplied, and have all point of sale tickets attached and in the original packaging..
  • Please make sure that briefs/thongs/shapewear are tried on over your own underwear.
  •  If returns are rejected, the garments will be destroyed and there will be no liability on the part of the company for refund of the cost of the goods or postage.
  • If you wish to exchange the goods for a different size or garment you must email sales@honeybeelingerie.co.uk  with the details of the return, including the order number within 7 days following the date of delivery. You must then post the garment/s back to us within 14 days of emailing us. It is recommended that you retain proof of postage for all returned packages.
  • Products may only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same garment or for another garment of equal or lower monetary value and the difference in cost refunded accordingly.
  • Exchanges can take up to 14 working days to complete from receipt of item.

Cancellation and Returns Made to Measure Items

These items cannot be returned as they are made from your specific measurements that you provide at time of order, so please ensure that your measurements are accurate

We can only offer an alteration service to a Diki or a Jane Woolrich garment to make it smaller, but the designer cannot make it larger, all other items cannot be altered

Please note that we will not be able to cancel orders that are made to measure if the material has already been ordered by the designer. Upon your order the details are passed immediately to our designer’s who then orders the material required.

If there is a manufacturing fault we will need you to return to us the lingerie or nightwear, so that we can send the item to the designer for repair or to have the item re-made. Customers will not be entitled to a refund
